Study Related Field trips enhance classroom learning. Our
students regularly visit museums, theater productions, science centers, libraries, and local parks. These learning adventures
have taken our students throughout the southeast.
Tow recess periods per day, as well as physical education classes, help students better focus during instructional
periods and live healthier lives.
In addition
to enjoying organized sports and free play, our students participate annually in the Presidents’s Physical Fitness Challenge,
Jump Rope for Heart, and Feelin’ Good Mileage Club.
Our students personally embrace the meaning of the"Tikun Olam", to care for and repair the
earth, and to improve human conditions. Students participate in environmental field trips, plant vegetables in our garden,
and maintain the butterfly garden.
Citizenship
awareness is developed in students as they perform for nursing home residents, collect toys for underprivileged children,
and donate to the Jewish Federation and the Jewish Nation Fund
